Lanserring is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, working on high-end projects in London, New York, Monaco, Austria and across Europe. You will support senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers across the full commercial side of each project, with regular travel to site.

London, Notting Hill office.
Working hours
Monday-Friday full time.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing applications for payment and assessing subcontractor valuations
- Producing monthly CVRs, cost-to-complete reports and cash flow forecasts
- Preparing and administering subcontract packages
- Contract administration under JCT and bespoke main contractor contracts
- Commercial input on programmes
- Communicating with clients and working closely with the project management team
About you
- Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy, main contractor or developer
- Working knowledge of JCT and similar contract suites, and a general understanding of bespoke main contractor contracts
- Experience of valuations, payment applications and cost reporting
- Good Excel and communication skills
- A valid passport and willingness to travel regularly
- Working towards RICS chartership (APC) or MCIOB, and experience on high-end residential, hospitality or fit-out projects, would be an advantage but are not essential
- Right to work in the UK
