Financial Controller

Hours – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday plus any additional hours as required.

Reporting to COO and the Board.

Salary: Dependent on Experience.

This is a full‑time on‑site role based on site in Mayfair London.

Overview of Role

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Financial Controller, based in London. The Financial Controller will manage the preparation of financial statements, oversee accounting operations, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Primary responsibilities include financial reporting, budget management, and providing data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making. The role requires collaboration with other departments and oversight of financial controls to maintain accuracy and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities in a financial context.
• Expertise in finance and accounting principles.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and compliance capabilities.
• Previous experience in a financial leadership role is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare is conditional.
• Bachelor´s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or CIMA are highly advantageous.
