You will be an expert coach (preferably with knowledge of Steplab), working in partnership with our existing teaching and learning team to lead teacher development through a deep understanding of the science of learning. Our vision is clear: we teach for understanding, retention, and the application of knowledge. We are looking for a practitioner who is deeply committed to evidence-informed research and possesses the grit to drive academic outcomes.
