We are a vibrant, innovative and highly successful organisation: the place of choice to work and learn.

Across the 5 academies of the GLC, we pledge that everyone enjoys an equality of opportunity. We work tirelessly to ensure that individual different characteristics including age, ethnicity, socio-economic background, academic ability, disability, gender, religious beliefs, and sexual orientation are not discriminated against in any way. At the GLC, we are fundamentally passionate about teaching; we require a driven leader who will maintain a regular teaching commitment and lead by example from the front of the classroom.

You will be an expert coach (preferably with knowledge of Steplab), working in partnership with our existing teaching and learning team to lead teacher development through a deep understanding of the science of learning.
