We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
- Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and ensuring all necessary items are ready for chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use.
- Help with organising stock and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support the serving team during busy periods by delivering food and clearing tables as required.
