We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to join a growing business in a hybrid working position. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys leading from the front while still being actively involved in the full sales cycle. This role is not purely management focused - the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a small sales team while also running product/service demos, handling client meetings, and personally closing deals.

The Role

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor team performance, activity levels, and sales targets
  • Conduct regular coaching, development, and performance meetings
  • Take a hands-on approach to sales activity and lead generation
  • Run client demos and presentations both virtually and in person
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales reporting
  • Drive a high-performance and positive sales culture within the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a Sales Manager or Team Leader position
  • Proven track record of personally closing sales and achieving targets
  • Comfortable leading from the front in a hands-on sales environment
  • Experience running demos, presentations, or consultative sales meetings
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Motivated, commercially driven, and target focused
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced and growing business
