This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys building rapport, working consultatively with prospective clients, and converting high-quality opportunities. You’ll benefit from consistent lead flow, clear targets, and a genuinely strong uncapped commission structure.
The Role
- Managing warm, pre-qualified enquiries alongside proactive outreach
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Speaking with decision-makers across UK businesses
- Owning opportunities from first contact through to close
- Managing pipeline and performance against weekly and monthly targets
- Building long-term relationships to maximise repeat and additional business
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a performance-led sales role
- Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
- Self-motivated, organised and driven by results
- Professional when engaging senior stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence preferred
