We are seeking a confident and driven B2B Sales Executive to join a growing team based in Glasgow. This role combines both inbound enquiries and outbound business development activity, with a strong focus on building relationships, identifying opportunities and converting new business. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys a target-driven environment and is motivated by performance-based commission.
The role:
- Managing inbound enquiries from businesses actively interested in the service, qualifying needs and converting opportunities into sales.
- Proactively prospecting new clients through outbound calls, follow-ups and self-generated leads to build a consistent pipeline.
- Booking meetings, delivering sales conversations and confidently closing new business opportunities.
- Taking full ownership of your pipeline, forecasting activity and working towards monthly revenue targets.
- Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Accurately updating CRM systems and tracking activity to ensure clear pipeline visibility.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous B2B, outbound or phone-based sales experience within a target-driven environment.
- Confident communicator with a professional and engaging phone manner.
- Commercially minded and motivated by commission and performance-based rewards.
