We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to join a growing business in a hybrid working position. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys leading from the front while still being actively involved in the full sales cycle.

This role is not purely management focused - the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a small sales team while also running product/service demos, handling client meetings, and personally closing deals.

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
  • Monitor team performance, activity levels, and sales targets
  • Conduct regular coaching, development, and performance meetings
  • Take a hands-on approach to sales activity and lead generation
  • Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales reporting
  • Drive a high-performance and positive sales culture within the team

Previous experience within a Sales Manager or Team Leader position is required, along with a proven track record of personally closing sales and achieving targets. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading from the front in a hands-on sales environment, have experience running demos, presentations, or consultative sales meetings, and possess strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building ability are essential.

Hybrid working is available with a salary of approximately £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, along with a bonus/commission structure and career progression opportunities.

If you are a hands-on sales professional who enjoys both leading a team and personally driving revenue, this could be an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where your impact will be genuinely recognised.
