We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands-on Sales Manager to join a growing business in a hybrid working position. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys leading from the front while still being actively involved in the full sales cycle.
This role is not purely management focused - the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a small sales team while also running product/service demos, handling client meetings, and personally closing deals.
- Lead, manage, and support a team of sales professionals
- Monitor team performance, activity levels, and sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching, development, and performance meetings
- Take a hands-on approach to sales activity and lead generation
- Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales reporting
- Drive a high-performance and positive sales culture within the team
Previous experience within a Sales Manager or Team Leader position
Proven track record of personally closing sales and achieving targets
Comfortable leading from the front in a hands-on sales environment
Experience running demos, presentations, or consultative sales meetings
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Hybrid working
