An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Events Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business based in Manchester. This role sits at the heart of the events function, supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple seminars and events each week while also assisting with wider office administration duties. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety in their workload, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

The Role

  • Coordinating and booking seminar venues across the UK
  • Managing delegate communications, registrations, and event enquiries
  • Preparing seminar packs, contracts, and event materials ahead of schedule
  • Supporting speakers with event information and logistics
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Managing incoming post, scanning and distributing documentation internally
  • Monitoring and ordering office stationery supplies
  • Preparing postal campaigns including labels, packing, and post office collections
  • Supporting wider administrative tasks across the business
  • Assisting with review processing and internal communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within an events, administration, or coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems is beneficial
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
