The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 £ per year.

We are looking for a full-time experienced grounds maintenance operative to join our team. We offer a varied role which can be mostly grounds maintenance to a mix of landscaping, tree work and grounds maintenance.

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays if required. Experience in grounds maintenance is essential and ideally some tickets - strimmer, sprayer etc. Trailer towing experience would be an advantage.

28 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension scheme, pay dependent on experience. 3 month trial period (or until enhanced DBS check is complete). Online learning courses will need to be completed before starting as a client requirement. Also, DBS and vetting checks for various government clients will be required. You MUST not have a criminal record.

We work throughout Cornwall and Plymouth, start time is normally 7.45 at our yard until finish normally around 5.30. You will be required to have an enhanced DBS check that is clear along with other government checks as per client requirements.

Full-time role. Possibility of working towards a supervisor role for the right candidate.
