We are looking for a Workshop Mechanic / Fleet Technician to join our employee-owned business in Husbands Bosworth, Leicestershire.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering a salary of £38,000 to £45,000 per year depending on experience, plus annual tax-free Employee-Owned Trust bonuses of up to £3,600.

About the role:
You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot our fleet of vans and small tractors, ensuring routine servicing and maintenance keep vehicle downtime to a minimum.
What we are looking for:
- Proven hands-on experience in mechanical repair, ideally with light commercial vehicles or small tractors.
- Solid understanding of engines, running gear, and hydraulic systems.
- A proactive approach to fault diagnosis and problem-solving.
- Basic welding or fabrication skills are a welcome bonus, but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence.
