We are currently looking to onboard Sinhala/Sinhalese Over-the-Phone (OPI) Interpreters to support our upcoming pre‐scheduled call volume. This role offers consistent minutes through scheduled sessions.
Position: Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI)
Language Pair: Sinhala/Sinhalese English
Location: Offshore – Worldwide
Start Date: As soon as possible
Requirements:
- Professional experience as a Medical and/or Legal Interpreter is preferred.
- Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services).
- Availability to take pre‐scheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume.
- Strong command of both Sinhala/Sinhalese and English.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
