Position Details
- We are currently looking for a Dutch Teacher for one of our clients in Sheffield, United Kingdom.
- Reference ID: 1115272
- Course Type: General
- Format: one-to-one
- Total Hours: 22
- Session length: two-hour
- Location: S35 8LY, Sheffield
- Student Level: G: 65 and over
- Schedule: one 2-hour session per week, if possible, one every two weeks. Any day except Mondays. Time: not before 11 am.
- Start Date: In a month's time
Motivation: I like languages, and in Lockdown, everyone had to have a project of some sort to stop themselves from going mad. I chose to study Dutch because I've got a good A Level in German, so I could start off on my own. I have a Dorling Kindersley book of instruction including vocabulary and Grammar, and a good dictionary. I have acquired a number of Dutch Facebook Friends in the Netherlands: but they write to me in English, at which they excel. What is very interesting for me is when they Post for each other.
Ideal Candidate
- Be a native Dutch speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
- Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
- Have a valid work permit/visa
- Live within 20 miles of the specified location
