Language Services Direct is growing! We are one of the UK's leading providers of language trainers to companies and government departments and work with a large network of language trainers across multiple languages and locations.
Due to the expected growth in the market and the business, we are recruiting for a Course & Centre Administrator to join our team and help with the growth of the business. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Course Management: Managing your stakeholder relationships through excellent relationship management with clients, students, and teachers
- Coordinating with students and teachers to set up and manage ongoing training courses
- Creating and maintaining records of courses on internal systems
- Regularly reporting to various stakeholders on course progress and student feedback
- Reception Management; room bookings, material ordering
- Library Resource Management
- Maintenance of Premises and equipment
- Security Information Management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent written & spoken English; a second language at CEFR B2 level or higher is a distinct advantage
- High attention to detail
- Good MS Excel and Numerical skills
- Proven track record of success in a Customer Service and/or Administrative role
- Previous experience in the language training sector or in teaching will be a significant advantage as would be related qualifications
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Central London (SE1A). Remote or hybrid working is not available.
Due to the nature of this role, UK government security clearance is required. Candidates must be eligible to obtain clearance, including meeting the relevant UK residency requirements (a minimum of two consecutive years’ residence in the UK).
