Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare service quotes and update portals.
  • Ensure new contracts are updated in the system.
  • Manage equipment movements and update records.
  • Process PPM invoices efficiently.
  • Provide required documentation to customers.
  • Prepare repair quotes and address customer queries.
  • Answer calls professionally, log service requests, and coordinate visits.
