Remote German speaking Customer Service Champion – 4 Month FTC
Our client is a well-established company specialising in equipment and clothing for outdoors sports. They are currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Executive to work remotely with their friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry. This position is a 4-month Fixed-Term Contract until 26 February 2026.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer service support in English and German.
- Handling and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Providing sales support, such as processing orders, handling refunds and exchanges, liaising with other teams to ensure the correct processing of all orders, etc.
- Offering translation support for marketing and corporate materials.
- Supporting the independent sales representatives across the relevant markets.
About you:
The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
- Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
