We are seeking an Early Career, German-Speaking Resourcing Partner to join an international technology organisation. This permanent hybrid role will support key stakeholders in Germany with their early career and apprenticeship hiring initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with previous experience in early career programs or university recruitment. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets are met. Monitor applications and manage the candidate pipeline for assigned roles. Manage communication with hiring managers and candidates from initial contact to offer acceptance. Deliver workshops and training to support specific business areas. Coordinate assessment days. About You: We are looking for a charismatic, German-speaking individual with excellent relationship-building skills. While prior experience with early careers or university recruitment is an advantage, full training will be provided. Profile: Fluency in both English and German is essential. Previous experience in early careers, universities, or apprenticeship programs is highly desirable. Experience in an office environment, ideally in a customer service-related role. Target-driven with strong relationship-building capabilities. A team player with a collaborative mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
