A leading SaaS company in the insurance sector is looking for talented French speaking graduates to join them as Technical Business Analysts. This is an amazing entry-level opportunity for STEM graduates with French language skills to kick-start their careers as Business Analysts. In this role you will be working in one of five teams that focus on system development, web solutions or insurance product implementations to improve customer experience. The role is based in Central London and on a hybrid basis (2 days a week in office) after probation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create and implement new software updates
  • Assist customers and advise them on how they can configure the platform to suit them
  • Closely monitor user needs and feedback to create detailed specifications and in turn build new system implementations
  • Support the sales team with client proposals and presenting solutions to customers

About you:

  • The ideal candidate will be a recent STEM graduate who speaks fluent English and French and has excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You will be a strong communicator, logical thinker, have solid technical skills and a strong sense of customer service.

Profile:

  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Must have a 2:1 or above at Bachelor's level in any STEM subject
  • Minimum AAB at A-Level including an A in A-Level Maths.

  • A strong communicator with customer-focused approach
  • A team-player who can build strong professional relationships and eager to take on new responsibilities
