- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering exceptional service.

- Handling client enquiries and providing ongoing support.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Using CRM systems to manage account activity and keep records up to date.

- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
