Overview
Our client is a fast-growing company that specialise within the automobile industry. They are currently looking for an experienced French speaking Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and supportive team based in central London. This is a great opportunity to be part of, where you will have the chance to develop your knowledge in a thrilling industry. This position is a 6 months FTC and offering a hybrid scheme working 2 or 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service and selling tickets, including upselling, across the French market.
- Responding to all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Maintaining high levels of client/customer satisfaction.
- Working closely and cooperatively with other departments across the company.
- Supporting with administration, booking management, event coordination, and any ad hoc tasks.
- Translating website content from English to French.
About you
The successful candidate will be a customer and sales-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French as you will be dealing with a variety of customers. As a French speaking Customer Service Executive, you will become part of a diverse, friendly and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.
- Required to be fluent in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative or Customer Service Executive
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
- Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven and motivated
