An exciting role has arisen for a French speaker to join a successful Luxury Fashion Retail and e-commerce team based near Wimbledon, South West London. We are looking for a French Customer Service Representative to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team. If you work in a retail environment, this could be a step up to an office based role. The package: Salary: £13 per hour Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm. Location: Merton near Wimbledon and Morden This is a fantastic opportunity if you have worked in Customer Service or Customer Care seeking a challenge offering more variety using your French. It will be a temporary position to cover the busy Christmas period, but it may be extended to a permanent role in the new year. Responsibilities of the Customer Care Advisor Assisting French and English speaking clients with product enquiries Updating and maintaining the order database Providing support to clients registering online and having their orders processed through the website Assisting clients with any issues regarding returns or orders via email and phone Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner – escalating any issues to relevant departments Liaison with the fulfilment team when necessary Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities – upsell Handling accounting enquiries with the finance team
