Our client, a leading accountancy and business advisory firm, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the European markets. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced rainmaker fluent in one or more key European languages, with expertise in tax, audit, and accounting, and a focus on mid-market clients.
Key Markets:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Italy, and Spain. You will be appointed to the specific market based on your language skills and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and intermediaries across the targeted European market
- Driving business development efforts with a focus on mid-market clients in tax, audit, and accounting services
- Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to expand the firm’s presence in your designated region(s)
- Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of the market and the firm’s service offerings
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction

- Demonstrated success in winning and managing client accounts, with a focus on building long-term partnerships
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory landscape in the specified region(s)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
