Our client, a historic and faith-based institution, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders. This role is part of a small, collaborative team and involves a mix of administrative and hospitality responsibilities, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The position is office-based in a stunning historic building in London, making it a unique opportunity to work in a distinguished setting while contributing to the effective management of key engagements and organisational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management and travel coordination for the Archbishop
- Organising meetings and events, including catering arrangements
- Handling correspondence emails, calls, and reports
- Maintaining confidential records in compliance with GDPR
- Liaising with clergy, staff, and departments to support key initiatives
- Supporting digital communication (video conferencing, website, social media)
