A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Korean-speaking Supply Chain Specialist to join a leading international beauty brand based in the heart of London. This is an ideal role for a motivated individual looking to further their career within supply chain and logistics in a fast‐paced, global environment.
Role Overview
You will play a key role in supporting demand planning and logistics operations across the UK and European markets, working closely with internal teams and headquarters in Korea to ensure smooth stock flow, accurate forecasting, and timely product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the development and maintenance of demand forecasts using sales, marketing, and inventory data.
- Supporting monthly S&OP meetings to align supply and demand across multiple markets.
- Coordinating with 3PL partners, warehouses, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery to retailers and customers.
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintaining and updating reports on shipment tracking, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
- Assisting with SAP and POS system operations, including SKU creation, order entry, and product allocation.
- Preparing reports on forecast accuracy and supporting continuous process improvements within supply chain functions.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a fluent Korean and English speaker, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. You will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working collaboratively across international teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, or demand planning role.
- Experience with SAP, POS, or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience within the beauty, FMCG, or retail sector is a plus.
- Must hold valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
