Are you a dynamic Japanese speaking PA looking for an exciting opportunity in London? Our client, a prestigious firm, is seeking a Personal Assistant who is fluent in Japanese and English to support their team and senior executives. You will be working full time from the office and be able to travel abroad twice per year.

  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries; liaise with other PAs and departments, and handle visa requirements.
  • Process expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Organise internal meetings and plan corporate events, including lunches and dinners.

You are bilingual in Japanese and English with exemplary communication skills. You have prior experience as a Personal Assistant at a senior level within a professional services environment. You are a self-starter who can show initiative and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
