As a Staffing Executive for the German market, you'll be at the heart of campaign delivery - recruiting, briefing, and managing top-tier talent for some of the world's biggest brands. You'll be working across a range of promotional and experiential campaigns, from in-store activations to global events. No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and booking talent for campaigns across Germany
- Conducting phone briefings and creating detailed staff profiles
- Running staffing admin and supporting campaign managers
- Supporting with content and managing staff communications
- Building relationships with the field teams
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience or a degree in events, staffing, or HR
- German speaker to native standards
- Fluent in English to business standards
- A confident communicator with a great phone manner
- Super-organised, working well under pressure
- Strong admin and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- A proactive mindset and team-first attitude
This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with possibility of extension, offering a salary range depending on experience and a generous benefits package (28 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays, Bupa Health insurance, Mental Health scheme, varied monetary benefits from home office kit, blue light glasses, fitness kit, and more), in addition to a great team culture with monthly team lunch, Friday early finish and Summer and Winter Parties. You would be working 3 days from the office based in central London (Shoreditch), and 2 days per week from home, working hours being Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 1h lunch break.
