If you're highly organised, a fantastic communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment – this is your moment.\\n\\nAs a Recruitment Coordinator for the German market, you'll be at the heart of campaign delivery – recruiting, briefing, and managing top-tier talent for some of the world's biggest brands.

You'll be working across a range of promotional and experiential campaigns, from in-store activations to global events. No two days are the same.\\n\\nYour responsibilities will include:\\n\\nRecruiting and booking talent for campaigns across Germany\\nConducting phone briefings and creating detailed staff profiles\\nRunning staffing admin and supporting campaign managers\\nSupporting with content and managing staff communications\\nBuilding relationships with the field teamsWhat You'll Bring:\\n\\nPrevious experience or a degree in events, staffing, or HR\\nGerman speaker to native standards\\nFluent in English to business standards\\nA confident communicator with a great phone manner\\nSuper-organised, working well under pressure\\nStrong admin and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)\\nA proactive mindset and team-first attitudeThis is a 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of extension, offering a salary range of £(phone number removed) depending on experience and a generous benefits package (28 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays, Bupa Health insurance, Mental Health scheme, varied monetary benefits from home office kit, blue light glasses, fitness kit, and more), in addition to a great team culture with monthly team lunch, Friday early finish and Summer and Winter Parties.
