A leading international financial advisory firm is looking for a French speaking Executive Assistant for their London office. You will be responsible for providing proactive and reliable support to 3 Managing Directors. This is a fast-paced role which demands high levels of confidentiality. You will be working on a hybrid basis, with one day working from home per week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management, inbox management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination
- Event and conference planning and liaising with clients
- Invoicing monthly expenses and working alongside finance departments
- General administration and commercial support duties
About you:
The ideal candidate will have around 8 years of experience supporting senior/board level professionals. You must be responsible and well-presented with previous experience working in an Executive Assistant role in a corporate environment (Financial services, consultancies, banks, law firms etc). You will be self-motivated, organised and able to multitask to fulfil the day-to-day responsibilities, while being able to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced environments.
Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both French and English.
- Previous experience (8 years) in administration as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, Senior Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy/technical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of client relationship management.
- Able to manage varied workload and work in high pressure environments
