Our client is an international sports leader and a prestigious organisation with global partners. They are currently looking for a French or German-speaking Administrator to join their supportive team. The busy Administrator will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of activities, programmes, tours, growth of development activities and administration. The client is currently operating on a hybrid scheme with a mandatory minimum of 3 days working in the office. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including players. • Managing administration for classification activities, event logistics, applications and calendars. • Assisting in creating strategic plans and implementing pathway development activities. • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned • Collaborating with players, tournament organisers, coaches, and officials to facilitate activity programs and event organisation. About you: The ideal candidate for this role will need to be a proficient French or German speaker and have an interest in sports + previous solid experience in an Administration/Project Coordinator role. An additional language would be desirable. Experience in the sports industry would also be an advantage. Profile: • Fluent in written and spoken French or German; proficiency in any additional language is beneficial. • Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Must have excellent MS Office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Team player with enthusiasm and motivation • Passion for sports andor sport science is a must • Confident, organised and a motivated mind-set • Experience in event/project administration with a focus on detail and routine tasks.
