A global market-leading bio-pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a bilingual French or German speaking HR Associate to work within the HR Department based in Stockley Park. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the internal HR systems and act as a subject matter expert for the French or German market. This role is a 6 month contract with a hybrid work pattern in Stockley Park, 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile. To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working in an HR function, ideally in Shared Services settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in the pharmaceutical industry to join a company engaged in the development of therapies for life-threatening diseases.
Profile:
- Minimum 2 years managing Absences and Leaves policies preferred
- Experience with Service Now and HR shared services model preferred
- Fluency in French or German
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR principles and employment law in Europe
- Strong organisational and project management skills
Join a dynamic HR team managing employee absences and exits. You’ll handle complex HR queries, maintain accurate HR data, and support global team members. Key tasks include processing leave and termination changes, ensuring compliance, and improving HR processes. You will act as the go-to person for tier one support, addressing questions from employees, managers, executives, and HR colleagues about HR procedures, processes, and policies, ensuring both global consistency and local relevance.
