If you are a Dutch speaker, apply below for this exciting new role! On behalf of an international client, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their team. You can work fully remote and will be providing an outstanding customer experience to Dutch speaking customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email
- Taking ownership of an issue and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
- Logging and processing call information on the system
About you:
The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent Dutch language skills. Travel expenses will be paid for to travel to the Daventry office to pick up work equipment; you can work fully remotely for the duration of the temporary contract afterwards. The project is expected to last until February 2026.
Profile:
- Required to be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Advisor, Client Service Executive, Customer Support Specialist, Customer Care Coordinator or Administrator
- Able to demonstrate patience and compassion to customers
- Have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult and challenging situations
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Team player who enjoys interacting with people
