A global, market leading bio-pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a French speaking HR Shared Services Associate to join their EMEA HR Operations team based at Stockley Park, Uxbridge. This role sits within the HR Shared Services (People Movement) team and focuses on end‑to‑end on-boarding and employee lifecycle activities across EMEA.
You will act as a first point of contact for employees, candidates, managers, and HR stakeholders, supporting queries via HR systems and case management tools, while providing French language support (read/write level required). This is a contract role starting ASAP until October 2026, offered on a hybrid working pattern with 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) and 2 days working from home.
Key focus areas of the role include:
- End‑to‑end onboarding for new hires and global transfers across EMEA
- Processing employee changes such as joiners, leavers, supervisory and organisational updates
- Managing right‑to‑work checks, visas, and background screening to ensure full compliance
- Acting as first‑line HR support with a strong customer‑service focus
- Liaising with payroll, global mobility, and reward teams to ensure timely processing
- Maintaining accurate data across HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable)
- Supporting SOP maintenance and continuous improvement of on-boarding processes
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR Shared Services environment, ideally with exposure to on-boarding and employee movement processes, and a strong attention to detail and compliance mindset. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company dedicated to developing therapies for life‑threatening diseases while gaining experience in a complex, multinational HR function.
