Are you a German speaker living in Manchester and looking for a new role using your Customer Service skills? Our client, an organisation that is active in the legal service industry, is looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative to join them in their Manchester office due to the expansion of their team. In this role you will be providing an outstanding customer experience and will aim to resolve queries at first point of contact. This is a hybrid role with office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Your responsibilities will include: Handling inbound enquiries across various channels, including telephone and email Assisting with travel arrangements, booking conference rooms and other administrative duties Collaborating with internal team members to ensure the enquiry is handled in the best possible way About you: The ideal candidate will be a reliable, customer-oriented individual who has a positive can-do attitude with excellent German language skills.
