Responsibilities

  • As a Face-to-Face Interpreter, you’ll interpret spoken or signed statements in settings such as healthcare, legal proceedings, local government, and more.
  • Interpreting conversations for individuals accessing public services (e.g. legal, health, and local authority services).
  • Ensuring clarity and understanding after each statement or question.
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Acting as a liaison between service users and service providers.
