Due to continued business growth, they are looking to recruit a Spanish Speaking Sales Account Manager to join their busy commercial team in Colchester.

The Role

As a Spanish Speaking Sales Account Manager, you will manage customer accounts while sourcing products from UK and international suppliers. You will negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. This role combines sales, account management, purchasing, procurement, supplier management, customer service, and international trade, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Spanish-speaking customer accounts across international markets
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Source products from UK and global manufacturers and suppliers
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers
  • Obtain, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations
  • Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, and commercial agreements
  • Prepare accurate customer quotations and pricing proposals
  • Process purchase orders from enquiry through to delivery
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and freight partners
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules
  • Resolve customer and supplier enquiries efficiently
