Location: Hybrid - Cambridge office 1 x day a week, 4 days a week remote.

Job responsibilities of the Italian speaking Credit Controller:
- Support the accounts receivable function by collecting debt, monitoring credit, and resolving customer disputes for all business clients in Italy.
- Contact overdue business customer accounts from Italy to arrange payment.
- Review the credit status of customers and provide recommendations for credit block.
- Post and allocate cash receipts.
- Distribute customer statements and dunning letters.
- Resolve account queries and disputes.
- Provide support for audit requests.
- Review customer held orders.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales functions to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Previous experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable.
- Ideally you will have experience with SAP software or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in electronic invoicing.
- Excellent client relationship building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and KPIs.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently.
