GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE\\nLANGUAGES\\nFluent German is essential\\nAdditional languages (as well as German) are an advantage but not essential (Spanish,French or Italian).\\nLOCATION\\nSouth West London (zone 3) THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE OFFICE MONDAY TO FRIDAY\\nSALARY\\n£28,000 – £30,000 pa, possibly negotiable depending on languages and skills\\nCOMPANY AND BACKGROUND\\nOur client is a world leading exporter of some of the world’s most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.\\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fairly small but very friendly and supportive international customer service team as their German speaking Export Customer Service Executive.\\nYou will be responsible for offering full B2B support to German speaking clients, agents and distributors and will include the following duties and responsibilities:\\nThe typical job responsibilities will include:\\n * Placing customer orders for products\\n * Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them\\n * Dealing with customer complaints\\n * Liaising with courier and freight companies\\n * Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories you are responsible for\\n * Providing support to the Export Sales Teams for other markets and language when necessary\\nCANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS\\n * Fluent German is essential\\n * Knowledge of other languages are an advantage but not essential (ideally Spanish, Italian or French)\\n * Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is essential\\n * A clear and confident communicator\\n * A good team player but also able to work independently\\n * Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure\\nSALARY\\n£28,000 – £30,000 pa (possible negotiable depending on experience) plus benefits\\nWORKING HOURS ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAY (35 hour week)\\nCONTACT: Lisa Grimes
