THE JOB
They now wish to hire either a Dutch or Danish Speaking Client Services Associate.
Working with many of Europe's leading banks, asset managers and financial institutions across the Netherlands, Denmark and wider European markets, you will provide outstanding client support while gaining valuable exposure to investment operations and financial services.
This role provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in investment management, financial services, banking operations, client services or business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with banks, institutional clients and financial organisations
- Support clients with operational, administrative and service-related enquiries
- Produce client reports, market analysis and business documentation
- Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Assist with investment operations and internal business processes
- Develop expertise across multiple business areas through structured training
- Collaborate with colleagues across international teams
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relationship management
- Progress towards becoming a subject matter expert within your specialist area
- CANDIDATE PROFILLE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Fluent Dutch or Danish, together with fluent English
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline is advantageous
- Be an ambitious graduates who are eager to begin a successful career within financial services
