Location: South West London (zone 3) - This role is based in the office Monday to Friday

Salary: c. Β£30,000 pa, possibly negotiable depending on languages and skills

Company and Background: Our client is a world leading exporter of some of the world's most recognised brands in the luxury goods sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Placing customer orders for products
  • Advising customers of queries on orders and finding solutions for them
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Liaising with courier and freight companies
  • Monitoring the efficiency of the export operations in the territories you are responsible for
  • Providing support to the Export Sales Teams for other markets and language when necessary

Candidate Experience / Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential plus a good knowledge of Italian
  • Previous customer service experience or administrative experience is essential
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • A good team player but also able to work independently
  • Effective at prioritising and able to work to deadlines and under pressure

Working Hours: Working hours are Monday to Friday (35 hour week) - 8.00 - 17.00 or 9.00 - 17.00
