Our client, a national womens support charity, is seeking a short-term temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide cover during a period of annual leave. In this role, you will step into a busy and rewarding environment, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles and arranging interviews
  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System, progressing candidates efficiently through each stage to onboarding
  • Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment queries, providing a professional and responsive service to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, ensuring compliance with fair and inclusive recruitment practices

About you:

  • Previous experience within HR or recruitment, with a solid understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proven experience supporting talent acquisition in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Confident using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
