Job Description
Our client, a highly respected international charity, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer during a period of maternity leave (4 month FTC / hybrid working Central London).
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation where no two days are the same.
Supporting the CEO's Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations.
Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's busy and complex inbox and diary, prioritising commitments and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodation and meeting logistics.
Prepare agendas, organise meetings and record accurate, professionally presented minutes, ensuring actions are distributed promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations and other documentation on behalf of the CEO.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the CEO's Office operates efficiently and professionally.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience (ideally 12 years or more) supporting a senior executive, CEO or leadership team.
Demonstrable experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional correspondence and documentation.
A flexible, discreet and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
