We are delighted to be partnering with the Coroners’ Courts Support Service (CCSS) in the search for their next Regional Director – North (£38,000circa), who will oversee services across the North of England. In this pivotal role, you will support and lead dedicated volunteers who provide vital emotional and practical help to families and witnesses attending inquests, guiding them through one of the most difficult times in their lives.

In this senior role, you’ll:

· Lead and support dedicated volunteer teams

· Build strong relationships with coroners’ offices and local partners

· Ensure all services are consistent, compassionate, and effective

· Play a key role within the Senior Management Team and help shape the future of CCSS

We’re looking for someone with:

· Experience in service delivery and people management (charity sector experience is a plus!

· Great communication and relationship-building skills

· The ability to balance priorities across a large region

· Flexibility to travel and a passion for supporting others
