Our client, a national support charity based in Central London, is seeking an ambitious Fundraising Executive (14-21hrs pw—£30,000 circa Pro-Rata) to join its friendly team. Reporting to the Marketing and Fundraising Manager, you will focus on identifying, researching, and applying to grant-making trusts and foundations and developing a pipeline of corporate prospects with shared values and goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Identify suitable trusts and foundations aligned with the charity’s mission.
- Research and identify corporate partners with shared objectives, such as relevant UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or CSR programmes.
- Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with current and prospective high net worth individuals (HNWIs) to secure major gifts.
- Work collaboratively on key cross-cutting organisational activities such as projects, services, and events.
About you:
- Proven experience in trust fundraising and/or corporate partnerships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially persuasive writing.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
As a skilled fundraiser with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships, you will also bring a solid understanding of trusts and foundations. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to craft compelling, persuasive proposals and reports and produce high-quality written materials tailored to a range of audiences.
This position can be either remote-based or hybrid working.
