St Michaels work with parents with difficult histories such as neglect, domestic violence, mental illness, and substance use to break cycles of abuse.The services and programmes they provide are at the heart of St Michaels Fellowship. They work with parents so that children can be happy, healthy and confident. St Michaels is now looking to strengthen its board and is seeking a HR Trustee and Childrens Social Care Trustee. HR Trustee – an experienced HR professional with a thorough understanding of good HR practice. You will demonstrate an understanding of need for staff personal development and accept the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of charity trusteeship and social care governance. Children\’s Social Care Trustee – a childrens social care expert who can share their knowledge having worked in such a capacity. You will help shape safeguarding systems and improvements and develop their service moving forward.
