Langton N4P is seeking a Hostel Support Worker for a homeless charity based in Richmond, South West London.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with vulnerable adults, staying alert to risk and following safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities include delivering trauma-informed, person-centred support, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and coordinating with on-call managers as needed.
