Our client, a highly respected international charity, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer during a period of maternity leave (4 month FTC / hybrid working Central London). This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation where no two days are the same. Supporting the CEO's Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of executive operations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the CEO's busy and complex inbox and diary, prioritising commitments and ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, accommodation and meeting logistics.

  • Prepare agendas, organise meetings and record accurate, professionally presented minutes, ensuring actions are distributed promptly to relevant stakeholders.

  • Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations and other documentation on behalf of the CEO.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the CEO's Office operates efficiently and professionally.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will have:



  • Previous experience (ideally 1–2 years or more) supporting a senior executive, CEO or leadership team.

  • Demonstrable experience managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished, professional correspondence and documentation.

  • A flexible, discreet and proactive approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who is immediately available and looking for a part‑time role (30 hours per week) within a professional, collaborative and internationally focused charity.
