Are you passionate and enthusiastic about working with children and young people to enhance their wellbeing, happiness and opportunities? Are you able to promote the personal and social development of young people aged between 8 and up to 25 with additional needs?

We are looking for a Youth Support Worker to join our team who is:

· Confident and creative in engaging and working with young people.

· Skilled in designing and delivering group work sessions for young people, including issue-based sessions to support wellbeing and development.

· Able to provide emotional and practical support in line with our policies and procedures.

· Able to work evenings, weekends and school holidays to meet the needs of young people.

· Practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations and understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries

· Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging behaviours

· Can work well with other colleagues and demonstrate respect towards others
