This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in fine dining, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing seamless and elegant service.
- Support the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager and the Floor Manager in coordinating the dining room service
- Supervise and guide the service team to ensure efficiency, consistency, and elegance during service
- Ensure all service standards and procedures are followed
- Assist in welcoming guests and ensuring their needs are anticipated and met throughout the experience
- Monitor the preparation and organization of the dining room mise en place
- Handle guest requests and support the team in managing service challenges when needed
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
About You
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
- Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
- Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
