- Support the management and development of the wine list in line with the brand identity.
- Guide guests in selecting wines and pairings, ensuring a personalized and elevated experience.
- Ensure correct wine service, presentation, and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in managing wine stock, storage, and inventory control.
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, and FOH team.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cellar and service areas.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role within fine dining.
- Strong knowledge of international wines, regions, and vintages.
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and confidence in high‑end service environments.
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
